Refund & Chargeback Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Chargeback Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on designuvo.com (“Website”), operated by QLYZE LTD.

Designuvo provides digital assets and custom creative services, all delivered electronically. By purchasing any product from the Website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. Legal Framework & Digital Content Exception

Under UK and EU consumer protection law:

The 14-day right to withdraw does not apply once digital content is delivered or made available for download, if the consumer has expressly agreed to immediate supply.

By completing a purchase on Designuvo, you consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right to withdraw once the file becomes accessible.

This applies to:

  • Digital downloads (icons, templates, branding assets)
  • Instant-access design bundles
  • Any pre-made or automated digital item

However, refunds may still be granted in cases of technical failure or incorrect delivery (see Section 3).

3. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be approved under the following circumstances:

3.1 File Delivery Issues
  • A file is corrupted
  • A file is incomplete
  • A file contains serious technical defects
  • A file cannot be downloaded due to a system error on our side
3.2 Wrong or Duplicate Transaction
  • You were charged twice for the same product
  • You received a wrong or mismatched digital file
3.3 Technical Failure for Custom Services

If Designuvo is unable to deliver a purchased custom service due to internal technical errors.

3.4 Failed or Interrupted Delivery

If our system fails to place the purchased files into your account within 24 hours, and the issue persists after support intervention.

Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by:

  • User’s device or software incompatibility
  • Browser extensions or ad-blockers
  • Incorrect download handling
  • Internet connection instability

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

4.1 Instant Digital Delivery

If the files were successfully delivered or downloaded.

4.2 Change of Mind

Including cases where

  • You no longer need the asset
  • You purchased the wrong style or theme
  • You misunderstood the product purpose
  • You found an alternative elsewhere
4.3 Subjective Preferences

No refunds are issued for reasons such as:

  • "I don’t like the style/design"
  • "This isn’t what I expected"
  • "It doesn’t fit my brand after all"
4.4 Incorrect Usage

Refunds are not granted if:

  • You misapplied or incorrectly used the assets
  • You lack the required design software
  • You made errors editing or modifying files
4.5 Custom Service Delivery

For custom design services, refunds are not issued once work has begun, unless:

  • The final deliverable was never provided, or
  • There is a proven failure to deliver within the agreed timeframe
4.6 Account Credits

Credits purchased or topped up on the Website are non-refundable, except when required by law.

Credits cannot be:

  • Exchanged for money
  • Withdrawn
  • Transferred

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must:

  • Email [email protected]
  • Include the following information:
    • Full name
    • Order ID
    • Date of purchase
    • Description of the issue
    • Supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are reviewed within 5 business days.

If approved, refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

6. Chargeback Policy

We strongly encourage users to contact us first before initiating a chargeback.

6.1 If You File a Chargeback Without Contacting Us First

Designuvo reserves the right to:

  • Suspend your account
  • Block future purchases
  • Revoke access to previously obtained downloads
  • Deduct outstanding amounts from account credits
6.2 Evidence Provided to Banks

If an unjustified chargeback is filed, Designuvo will submit evidence to the payment provider, including:

  • Proof of file delivery
  • Access logs (download timestamps)
  • Order confirmations
  • IP and browser logs associated with the purchase
  • Email correspondence
  • Digital access history from the customer account

This may result in the chargeback being rejected by the issuing bank.

6.3 When Chargebacks Are Valid

Chargebacks may only be justified if:

  • The transaction was fraudulent or unauthorized
  • The user was charged but did not receive access AND support failed to deliver the file

7. Delivery Timeframes & Failure to Deliver

7.1 Instant Goods

Most Designuvo purchases are delivered instantly. If a delay occurs due to system issues, users will be notified.

7.2 Custom Services

Custom design work is typically delivered within 24–72 hours, unless complexity requires more time. Users will be informed of any delay.

A refund may be issued only if Designuvo fails to deliver within a reasonable extended timeframe.

8. Withdrawal of License After Refund

If a refund is issued:

  • Your license to use the digital asset or deliverable is immediately revoked
  • You must delete all copies of the digital files
  • You may not redistribute, store, or use the refunded materials

Continued use after a refund may result in legal action.
